Parade Participants

Parade Check-In Information:

Participating group's contact person must sign in between 7:00 am and 8:00 am. The sign-in table will be located at the northeast corner of Glendora Ave. and Bennett Ave., in front of First Christian Church. (Location Image)

Sign-in Table: The contact person from your group must sign in between 7:00 am and 8:00 am on Saturday, Dec. 13th. The sign-in table will be located at the northeast corner of Glendora Ave. and Bennett Ave., in front of First Christian Church. You will be issued a colored piece of paper with your space number on it.  Please see that the lead person in your group has this pinned to their left arm or taped to the driver's side of your lead vehicle so that the announcers can see it.

Staging Area: Glendora Ave., from Bennett Ave. north to Sierra Madre Ave. Your space number and location are also indicated on the map below. Do not drive on Glendora Ave. This will be closed to traffic. Your group participants can enter the parade route from the east (Vista Bonita Ave.) or west (Vermont Ave.) closest to your spot on the map.

Parade Route: Starts on Glendora Ave. at Bennett Ave. and proceeds south to Foothill Blvd. Turns west (right) and proceeds to Grand Ave. At Grand Ave., proceed north (right) to Bennett Ave. and turn west (left) and proceed to the pick-up location at Sandburg Middle School. (MAP) 

Road Closures (Est.)

Glendora Ave. – northbound and southbound traffic between Foothill Blvd. and Sierra Madre Ave. (6:00 am - 12:00pm).

Foothill Blvd. – eastbound and westbound traffic between Glendora Ave. and Grand Ave. (8:00 am – 12:00pm)

Grand Ave. – west side lanes of Grand between Foothill Blvd. and Bennett Ave. (8:00 am – 12:00pm)

Bennett Ave. – eastbound and westbound traffic between Grand Ave. and Barranca Ave. (8:00am – 12:00pm)

Pick-up location: Sandburg Middle School (819 W. Bennett Ave.). Exit westbound only. Buses near Sandburg Middle School, park on the north side of Bennett Ave. facing west. Additional parking is available in the parking lot of Sandburg Middle School after 9:30 am.

As a reminder, if the parade is canceled due to the weather, there will be no make-up date and no refund!
